Why we exist
Business telecoms is a market built on confusing tariffs, automatic rollovers and commission-driven salespeople. Small and mid-sized businesses feel it most: no in-house telecoms manager, contracts signed years ago, bills nobody checks.
Sapphire RH Limited was set up to be the buyer-side expert in that market. We audit what you have, compare the market on total cost and terms rather than headline prices, and manage changes so nothing goes dark. When we recommend something, there is no hidden payment behind the recommendation — vendors’ commissions are declined in writing or credited back to our client.
The result is advice you can check: every finding comes with the numbers that produced it, and every recommendation says what it costs and what it saves.

We are deliberately not a reseller: we hold no carrier agreements to hit, no quarterly sales targets and no reason to prefer one platform over another. If you ask us a question we cannot answer honestly, we will tell you and point you to someone who can.
