What the fees include — and what they do not
- Fees are per business (Audit), per site (VoIP Assessment) or per project (Vendor Selection) as labelled, in GBP, exclusive of VAT.
- Audit and Assessment fees are payable on engagement; work starts the day payment clears and finishes within the stated timescale, assuming you can supply bills and contract documents promptly.
- Retainer starts on the 1st of the following month, is billed monthly in advance, and may be stopped with one month’s notice.
- Vendor Selection projects are scoped after the free discovery call and quoted in writing; the quote is fixed unless your scope changes mid-project.
- Not included: carrier line rental, call charges, platform licences, hardware, installation works and third-party provider fees — we recommend, you contract directly and you pay suppliers directly.
- Cancellations: Audit/Assessment cancelled in writing before work starts are refunded in full; once work has started the fee is payable in full.
- If our findings identify no actionable savings or improvements, we say so plainly in the findings pack — the fee is for the analysis, not for a predetermined answer.
