Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Sapphire RH Limited (“we”), company number 14537434, registered in England and Wales, is a telecommunications consultancy. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the controller of personal data collected through this website and in the course of our consultancy work. Contact: info@sapphirerh.consulting.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry data: name, business name, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you contact us by form, email or phone.
- Engagement data: bills, contract documents and site information you provide for audits and projects, plus our working papers and findings.
- Contract data: invoicing and payment records.
- Technical data: standard server logs and, only where you accept non-essential cookies, basic analytics about page visits.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide quoted services (contract performance).
- To issue invoices and keep legally required accounting records (legal obligation; retention 6 years).
- To improve the website where analytics consent has been given (consent, withdrawable at any time).
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: our hosting and email providers acting as processors under contract; our accountant; and, where an engagement requires it, carriers or vendors you have asked us to deal with on your behalf — in which case you remain the contract owner and we share only what is necessary.
5. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept up to 24 months unless you become a client. Engagement records, including audit working papers, are kept for 6 years. Accounting records are kept as required by UK law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@sapphirerh.consulting; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Security
Data is stored on access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and accessible only to personnel who need it for the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our arrangements annually and after any incident.
8. Changes
We update this policy as our processing changes. The version published here is the current one; material changes will be highlighted on this page for 30 days.
